Born in 1982 in Sakarya. Alper Bıçaklıoğlu was introduced to painting “ Yunus Tunca Art and Design Studio’’. Graduated from Sakarya Atatürk High School in 1999 and arrived to Izmir to work as an assistant in “Idol Art Studio”. Between 2000 – 2008 worked as assitant in “Pi Art and Sculpture Studio”and joined to the sculture projects in Izmir and its surroundings such as “ Sivas Madımak”, “Gode Cengiz and Erolbaş”. In 2008, joined to the ‘Camhane Design and Glass Studio’ lead by Yasemin Aslan Bakiri and worked as the studio assistant for a year. In 2010, selected as G.S.E sertificate owner by İzmir Governorship Art and Sculpture Museum Art Object Classification Jury. Same year, he opened up his own studio in Izmir. Alper Bıçaklıoğlu continues to work in Izmir and Istanbul.
